Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at bobbie@ilovemygarden.com. Only returns that are damaged in transit are considered for return. You can start by sending pictures of the outside damaged packaging and any damage to the bottle.

If damaged in transit, we will send a label so we can view the damage ourselves. No other form of return is accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we'll let you know.
